Banning from re-apply time expanded to November 1st [/u ]Due to following reasons:
*Trying to fool ACA Staff, re-applied with another name (see [UA]Yuza_.....)
* Re-applying with another name BEFORE ban from re-apply is over
He was banned for applying till forever. All those names and re-applying were dealt by me,
