To be CEO you need to be atleast SAPD or pass throught high trainings and exams if this application is for CEO its denied

Leaders: 45,000$(These include all founders/(co)leaders)

Since you have bad history on in knowledge of SAPD rules (since you failed your officer's exam and didnot know what does PIT mean) and for your bad english and current behavior.
